To ensure you get the very best from your hearing aids, we offer all our patients a personalised aftercare package - this is tailored to you based on your experience with hearing aids, level of hearing loss and confidence with the technology. Every patient is unique, therefore so is your plan. 

Regular aftercare is vital to ensure your hearing aids are still operating to their full potential and continuing to provide you with the best possible experience.

For some, rehabilitation may be required over a period of time to get the very best results. This may be due to you being a first time wearer of hearing aids, significant changes in your hearing levels or perhaps you just need help getting used to the level of technology you have selected. This is no different to getting used to a new pair of spectacles or a change of medication; everyone has their own adaptation time and we will support you on every step of your hearing journey.
